It would be naive to assume all clients are completely independent of the “external`` expert. Most clients will sign a software support agreement with Epicor themselves but we at Quartz Group believe we can offer a service over and above that contract. Quartz Group, an Epicor Silver Authorized Partner and Epicor's ``Top Solutions Partner for 2014``, proudly provides an Application Support service offering for Epicor customers. We are always ready to be on-site at short notice. We will support you in your own customizations as you become more familiar and confident with the software over time. We are even there when a member of staff just can’t remember how to enter a price on a sales order!
This service is available for all Epicor Customers who desire access to the depth of Quartz Group's knowledge base.
We can even assist with typical internal help desk/support desk of day-to-day Epicor maintenance activities such as:

The Quartz Support Services are offered on a month-to-month basis with an initial three month minimum commitment and a 30-day notice to cancel.
Customers on monthly support contracts benefit from reduced service rates; which are based on the prior months usage.

Our team will promptly address and provide remote support for tickets logged via phone or our web-based, help-desk system. Quartz can also serve as the liaison with Epicor technical support to troubleshoot issues or apply recommended fixes.
Quartz Help Desk Support complements the Support Services already included in the Epicor Maintenance Agreement and, therefore, Quartz strongly recommends our customers remain on the most current release and continue to pay annual maintenance.
