Quartz Group, Inc. is currently looking to expand our team with experienced technicians/developers possessing functional and/or technical Vantage/Vista, Epicor 9, and/or Epicor 10 knowledge. As a member of our Help Desk team, you’ll be responsible for problem identification, client training and solution development. Maintaining client relationships is vital to us, so you will need to demonstrate that you can gain the respect of clients through your product and technical knowledge and customer service oriented personality.

Role Summary:

Work directly under the Help Desk manager to ensure Help Desk client requests are completed in a timely fashion with superior customer service.

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and under challenging deadlines
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones
  • Ability to adhere to policies and procedures that vary based on client and/or assigned task.          
  • Flexible work schedule to include working with individuals in each US time zone
  • Knowledge of the various modules within Vantage/Vista, Epicor 9, and/or Epicor 10  
  • 5 or more years’ functional experience with Vantage/Vista, Epicor 9, and/or Epicor 10
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Must be focused on providing a world class customer service, whether internal or external         
  • Three or more years of software development, programming and analytical experience              
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Ability to analyze detailed tasks, provide feedback, and perform the work required to complete tasks.
  • Perform an exceptional level of functional and integrated testing to ensure top standards are met.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify details, exchange and verify information, and coordinate work activities.
  • Identify and resolve function or programming problems by following routine troubleshooting procedures
  • Modify and develop queries, dashboards, and reports.
  • Provide training to users on the various modules within Vantage/Vista, Epicor 9, and/or Epicor 10.
