Kim has 28 years of experience in systems implementations and continuous improvement projects. She primarily focuses on redefining business processes, inventory reduction techniques, user education, and training. She identifies opportunities and creates business cases where clients could greatly benefit from implementing operational efficiencies. She has standardized implementation methodologies, introduced new concepts, and developed templates for achieving consistent results.

 

Kim has successfully implemented a Garment Utilization System with a $5 million budget at The Walt Disney Company. She also implemented a Point-of-Sales system across 7 lines of business. Kim managed day-to-day operations of system support teams, providing 24×7 support to over 50 business units.
