Mike Gerbi

Mike has 13 years of technical expertise which includes but not limited to: software programming,
database administration, ERP/CRM customization and administration, technical training, web
programming, reporting, and label creation. In addition, he is skilled in project management,
business process re-engineering, system development life cycle and customization architecture.
In his past, Mike has worked with the ERP system Macola and written several custom programs that
tie into that ERP system. One such program was a mobile application for a shipping department to
allow them to process shipments with a handheld scanner. He has had the title ERP administrator, so
he knows what it is like to be on the other side when dealing consultants.

Last, Mike has been giving technical training and workshops for over 5 years in Epicor technical
areas as well as Crystal Reports, Bartender, MS Office, Visual Studio, SQL and Windows OS.
