Matt has 19 years of experience in manufacturing and manufacturing software consulting. His work focuses on implementation, business process re-engineering, data analysis, user education, and training. He guides clients towards maximum return on investment, accelerating software implementations, and successfully deploying to end users throughout the organization. He identifies opportunities and creates business cases where clients could greatly benefit from implementing additional modules/applications. He has standardized implementation methodologies, introduced new concepts, and developed templates for achieving consistent results.


Matt has also successfully implemented several software systems at mid-size manufacturing & distribution companies including:
Epicor 9, Vantage 8, Manage 2000, and Clientele and expense management software at several global Fortune 100 and 500 firms.
